Job summary

Sphere Solutions is recruiting a Site Manager to supervise cladding remediation and façade works on major refurbishment projects. London/South East based, permanent role, leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring QA/QC and RAMS compliance.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, and solid experience in façade or cladding schemes, with a focus on safety, programme delivery and stakeholder liaison. 33 days holiday and pension benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' Site Management experience.
• Façade / EWI / Cladding experience - essential.
• SMSTS - essential.
• CSCS - essential.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• PASMA / scaffold awareness.
• Manual Handling and Fire Awareness.
• RAMS, QA/QC and construction compliance knowledge.
• Good IT skills with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
• ONC/HNC or equivalent construction experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage labour and subcontractors.
• Deliver works safely, to programme, budget and specification.
• Coordinate foremen and site teams with short-term programmes.
• Ensure QA/QC and RAMS are completed and recorded.
• Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.

Site Manager - Cladding Remediation / Façade

Location: London / South East

Sector: Cladding Remediation & Regeneration

Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of cladding remediation and façade works on major refurbishment and regeneration projects.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing site teams, subcontractors, programme, quality, health & safety and day-to-day delivery, working closely with the Project Manager, Commercial, Design, Quality and H&S teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, labour and subcontractors.
• Deliver works safely, to programme, budget and specification.
• Manage foremen and site teams, including short-term programmes.
• Coordinate labour, materials, deliveries and site logistics.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and RAMS.
• Monitor programme progress and provide regular site reports.
• Manage subcontractor performance and hold regular progress meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC requirements are completed and recorded.
• Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, QS, Commercial and H&S teams.
• Support the management of client and stakeholder relationships.
• Assist with resolving site, quality and delivery issues.
• Ensure construction phase H&S requirements are maintained.
