Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a façade replacement and refurbishment programme across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol. You will provide end-to-end leadership, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing programme, commercial performance and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large construction or refurbishment projects in occupied/live environments.
• High-rise and high-risk building experience.
• Façade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain delivery from preconstruction to handover.
• Social housing refurbishment experience or PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficial.

You’ll provide end-to-end project leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing programme, commercial performance and project teams.

• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Managing programme, quality, budgets and project risks

• Supporting sustainability and environmental objectives
• Leading and developing site teams to deliver outstanding results

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing large construction or refurbishment projects within occupied / live environments
• High-rise/high-risk building experience
• Façade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledge
• SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Scaffold Inspection & First Aid
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain delivery from preconstruction through to construction phase and handover
• Social housing refurbishment experience, and PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficial
