Job summary

North20 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to lead a £4.5m façade remediation scheme in Worcester. You’ll act as No.1 on site, oversee the full delivery from start to handover and manage stakeholders with the Principal Contractor framework.

The role requires experience in recladding or façade remediation, previous work for a Principal Contractor, and strong knowledge of FieldView. Rockpanel experience is highly advantageous; the project runs ~46 weeks with a fixed programme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering recladding or façade remediation projects.
• Experience working for a Principal Contractor.
• Strong knowledge and use of FieldView.
• Rockpanel experience would be highly advantageous.
