Job summary

ASI Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager in Shaftesbury to be the frontline contact with customers and manage the reception and workshop diary. The role suits someone from a fast-fit or independent automotive background who can take ownership of the customer experience.

You will oversee bookings, coordinate with the workshop, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Shaftesbury | £35,000 Basic + Bonus | Mon-Fri + 1-in-2 Saturdays

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a step up, or someone from a fast-fit / automotive service environment who is ready to take more responsibility?

This is a great opportunity for someone from a fast-fit, independent garage or similar automotive environment who already has strong customer service and workshop diary experience and is now looking for that next step.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be the main point of contact for customers, managing the reception, answering calls and keeping the workshop diary running smoothly.

The role

• £35,000 basic salary
• Average bonus of around £3,600 per year, paid quarterly and based on gross profit
• Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm
• 1-in-2 Saturdays, 8:30am-4:00pm
• Managing the workshop diary and customer bookings
• Looking after customers from booking through to completion
• Answering calls and handling reception
• Liaising with the workshop to keep jobs moving
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Helping the site run efficiently day to day

About you

We're ideally looking for someone with experience as a Service Advisor, Fast-Fit Service Advisor, Workshop Advisor or similar.

You'll need to be:

• Confident dealing with customers
• Organised and able to manage a busy diary
• Comfortable answering phones and handling queries
• Automotive-minded with a good understanding of workshop operations
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the site's day-to-day customer experience

This would particularly suit someone from a fast-fit or independent automotive background who enjoys dealing with customers and wants the opportunity to take the next step in their career.
