Overview

Site Manager - Norfolk. Retrofit & Decarbonisation & Plan Maintenance Projects - Social Housing. Up to £55,000 Plus Package. Our client, a leading nationwide construction contractor, is currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division. Projects delivered include EWI, heat source pumps, internal and external plan maintenance projects and under floor heating to street properties in the area. They are delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties around Norfolk and the East Anglia areas.

Responsibilities
  • Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
  • PAS 2030/2035 knowledge/experience
  • Lead the site team to the best of your ability
  • Manage delivery of works to specification
  • Direct reports to manage including RLOs and office staff
  • Pre & post inspections of works
  • Health & safety & quality checks
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness
