Job description

Position: New Build & Refurbishment Site Manager

Location: South London

Start Date: 26th January

Rate: £260 per day

Contract: 26th January until end of June 2026 (5 months)

Hours: 07:30 - 17:00 (no weekends)

Project Value: £815k (timber-framed semi-detached, 3 storeys)

Team Size: Managing all trades on site, approx. 12 operatives

Duties

• Overseeing day‑to‑day site operations and ensuring the programme is maintained
• Managing trades and labour on site as the sole Site Manager
• Delivering a high‑quality finished product across all stages of the build
• Maintaining accurate records, including photographic evidence for SAPs/EPCs
• Monitoring H&S, site standards, and compliance
• Coordinating workflow and resolving issues promptly to keep works on track
