Site Manager

Salary: £180 - £220 per day

Location: Ebbsfleet

Region: Kent

We are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager for a large residential developer. The position will last for 3-4 weeks and will be reporting into the Senior Site Manager on-site, working as a number 2, walking around and monitoring the sub contractors.

The project is a 150 unit consisting of 3-5 houses in a high volume environment and there are numerous other projects in the area that you can potentially move over to if all works between both parties.

You should have experience of working for developers and hold the relevant CSCS Card and SMSTS as well as references.
