Job summary

Run Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Site Manager for a waste water treatment site in Amesbury, Wiltshire. The role is self-employed with a November start, on a civil engineering and ground works project for Wessex Water under the AMP8 framework. Experience in water sector or strong self-delivery on civil sites is valued.

Candidates must hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates and have demonstrable capability to run site works as a manager.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates required or very close equivalents.
• Proven track record delivering site works as a site manager on civil/ground works.
• Experience in water/civil engineering projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site works on a wastewater treatment project.
• Coordinate civil & ground works including pipework and concrete operations.
• Ensure safety, quality and programme compliance on site.

We're working with a main contractor to recruit a Site Manager or Site Agent for a waste water treatment site for Wessex Water as part of the AMP8 Framework.

The project involves an upgrade to the existing site with new chemical dosing system and associated civils & ground works to include pipework and concrete works.

This position does offer the potential for ongoing work in the Wiltshire and Somerset area for follow on schemes once these works are complete.

Ideally, you will have worked in the water sector before but applicants with good self-delivery experience on civil engineering & ground works sites are welcomed.

This is a self employed position offering a start in November.

Candidates must have current SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and demonstrable experience of running site works as a site manager.
