Job summary

Involve Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to lead water infrastructure projects on site, from inception to completion. The role covers refurbishments and upgrades to wastewater treatment works, pipework, tanks, screens, pumps, and associated civil works across West Wales.

The successful candidate will be process-driven, with civil experience, and ideally water sector knowledge. You will manage planning, RAMS, safety, site administration, and stakeholder engagement on

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Manager to oversee water infrastructure schemes from inception to completion as the lead manager on site. The work will include refurbishments and upgrades to wastewater treatment works, pipework, replacement tanks, screens, pumps, and associated civil engineering works.

The company have won a long-term framework that includes clean and wastewater schemes, with schemes valued £500,000 - £7 million, delivered across the West Wales region.
