Job summary

RTL Group seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead a water treatment scheme in Worcester. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure delivery to programme with a strong focus on health and safety.

You will manage RAMS, permits and site docs, and liaise closely with the client and project team. The role requires a solid civil engineering background, proven water industry experience, IT literacy, and a full UK driving licence.

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver a water treatment scheme in Worcester. The successful candidate must have previous water industry experience and a strong civil engineering background. Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations.


• Supervising site teams and subcontractors.


• Overseeing the delivery of water treatment and civil engineering works.


• Liaising with the client and project management team.


• Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.


• Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation.


• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
