Job summary

Involve Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to oversee water infrastructure schemes from inception to completion, including refurbishments and upgrades to wastewater treatment works, pipework, tanks, screens and pumps. The role is on-site in South Wales.

You will lead health and safety, RAMS, programme planning, and stakeholder engagement on a long-term framework valued from £500k to £7m, offering continuity of work in the region for the next five years and strong salary

Qualifications

Civil/site management background required.
Water/wastewater project experience desirable.
Experience with NEC contracts and RAMS.
Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Manager to oversee water infrastructure schemes from inception to completion as the lead manager on site. The work will include refurbishments and upgrades to wastewater treatment works, pipework, replacement tanks, screens, pumps, and associated civil engineering works.
