Site Foreman – Residential New Build

Location : NW London

Salary : Up to £40,000 (DOE)

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our team on residential new build projects in NW London. This is a hands‑on role, suitable for someone comfortable working on the tools while running a section of works.

Key Responsibilities :

Day‑to‑day supervision of site activities

Working on the tools while managing operatives and subcontractors

Ensuring works are completed to programme and quality standards

Coordinating trades and deliveries

Maintaining health & safety on site

Requirements :

Strong background in plumbing or electrical (sparky) trade preferred

Experience as a Foreman or senior tradesperson on residential new builds

SMSTS or SSSTS preferred

Good communication and organisational skills

Package :

Salary up to £40k depending on experience
