Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Wales (Tredegar) is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to drive site safety, environmental compliance and culture. You will oversee the ISO 14001 management system, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement across the site.

You will lead training, audits and CAPA closures, partner with SLT and HR to support ESG goals and wellbeing, and contribute to strategic EHS initiatives with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Lead site EHS compliance and strategy.
• Deliver EHS induction and training on site.
• Lead audits, CAPAs and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in site leadership meetings and support management on regulatory and global programs.
• Oversee ISO 14001 management system and site compliance.
• Drive ESG initiatives and Continuous Improvement across EHS metrics.
• Lead on risk assessments (PUWER, COSHH, HDS) and training needs.
