Job summary

Kellanova in Wrexham is hiring an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health and safety programmes across the site. Reporting to the Plant Director, you will guide teams, ensure compliance with legislation, policies and global standards, and deliver continuous improvement.

This full-time role involves coaching two direct reports, building relationships with European EHS colleagues and regulators, and maintaining robust risk management and audit processes to strengthen the site's safety culture.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent experience.
• A NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of a manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS activities across the Wrexham site, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations and global standards.
• Initiate and manage improvements to EHS management systems and coordinate internal audits.
• Lead site-wide hazard risk assessments and drive risk mitigation actions.
• Coach and mentor plant teams on EHS activities and cost improvements.
• Act as a key contact for Global and European EHS functions and regulators.
