Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions LLC in Swindon is seeking a Senior Environment, Health and Safety Lead to drive a safe, compliant and sustainable site culture. You will guide leadership and employees, advance EHS systems, conduct risk assessments, and lead investigations into incidents, near misses and health concerns while ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Qualifications

• Significant EHS experience in a manufacturing/regulated environment.
• Proven track record in risk reduction and compliance improvement.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Experience with incident investigations, root cause analysis and audits.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert EHS guidance on safety, compliance and risk management.
• Improve and maintain EHS management systems, standards and programs.
• Conduct and review risk assessments including COSHH and MOC.
• Lead investigations into accidents, near misses and health issues.
• Carry out EHS audits and inspections and escalate risks.
• Deliver EHS training, inductions and toolbox talks.
• Monitor performance, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Support environmental compliance and emergency preparedness.
