The role involves shaping site-wide EHS practices, collaborating with European colleagues, coaching teams, managing risk, and driving continual improvement of EHS management systems. This is a full-time, site-based position in Wrexham.

Qualifikationen

• Degree and NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent EHS qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing plant EHS roles.
• Ability to build relationships across levels of a plant.
• Willingness to work outside core hours for shifts.

• Lead EHS compliance across the Wrexham site.
• Develop and manage EHS systems and audits.
• Lead risk assessments and implement actions.
