Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Senior EH&S Lead at the Swindon site to drive a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment. You will guide leadership and staff, support EHS systems, and lead risk assessments and investigations to strengthen safety culture.

The role focuses on management systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across a 100% onsite site in Swindon, UK.

Qualifications

• Significant EHS experience in regulated environments.
• Proven track record delivering practical risk reduction and improved compliance.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation.
• Experience with incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and audits.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert EHS guidance to managers and employees on safety, compliance, and risk management.
• Support and improve EHS management systems, standards and programs.
• Conduct and review risk assessments including COSHH and change management.
• Lead investigations into accidents and health issues with effective corrective actions.
• Carry out EHS audits, inspections, and compliance reviews with reporting.
• Deliver EHS training, inductions, toolbox talks and maintain records.
• Monitor EHS performance, analyse trends and prepare leadership reports.
• Support environmental compliance and emergency preparedness across the site.
