Vantage Data Centres is seeking an experienced EHS leader to implement and monitor health and safety programs across its Data Centres in the Wales region. The role will oversee audits, risk assessments, and regulatory training to ensure compliance with EU-OSHA standards and internal policies.

You will drive incident investigations, develop campus EHS plans, and partner with operations teams to mitigate risks while maintaining a strong safety culture across multiple sites.

Qualificações

• BCSP, NEBOSH Diploma, Occup Health certification or equivalent.
• IOSH membership at Graduate/Chartered level preferred.
• 5+ years' EHS experience across multiple sites.
• Working knowledge of EU-OSHA regulations and related standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation of EHS programs across campuses.
• Perform weekly/monthly EHS inspections and audits.
• Coordinate incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver regulatory training programs for EHS requirements.
• Monitor safety metrics and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with facility ops and construction teams to ensure compliance.
