Endeavour Automotive Ltd in London is seeking a Site Co-ordinator/Vehicle Progressor to support our Sales Team by preparing all new and used cars for display and handover, including checking in vehicles, fuelling them, and carrying out ad hoc driving duties.

You will manage the preparation of sold and unsold vehicles from arrival to delivery, photography of used cars, handover readiness, loading onto the internet, and maintaining showroom standards to help deliver an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience within the automotive industry.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, organised, pro-active, have a good attention to detail, and an excellent understanding of how to be a team player yet using your own initiative to assist and support the Sales team to achieve the perfect customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the Sales Team with the preparation of all new and used cars for display and handover, including checking in vehicles and fuelling.
• Prepare vehicles for handover and photograph used cars.
• Manage loading of cars onto the internet and maintain showroom standards.
• Coordinate valeting and ensure timely preparation of retail stock through Aftersales to support the customer experience.

We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Vehicle Progressor to join our team at Volvo, West London.

What you will do:

The Site Co-ordinator/Vehicle Progressor will support our Sales Team with the preparation of all new and used cars both for display and handover including checking in new and used cars, fuelling cars, ad hoc driving duties.

You will be responsible for managing the preparation of sold and unsold vehicles from arrival to delivery including organising photography of used cars, assisting with the preparation of vehicles for handover, managing loading of cars onto the internet, and maintaining showroom standards.

You will be responsible for the timely preparation of our retail used car stock through our Aftersales departments including arranging valeting in a timely manner.

The position is key in our efforts to deliver unrivalled experience for our customers to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom.
