Overview

Vehicle Progressor role at Lookers Motor Group Limited

Location: Newcastle Volkswagen

Hours: 42.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5:00pm

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

Here at Newcastle VW we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech savvy individual to join our team as a Site Co-Ordinator/Vehicle Progressor and be the key to support our sales function. It’s an exciting role that will give the right person the chance to develop their career with a market leading brand!

Responsibilities

• Taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions, placing them onto our online showroom daily.
• CitNOW videos for our customers.
• Organising vehicles on site to make it presentable for our customers.
• Oversee our social media accounts and track responses.
• Collecting and delivering vehicles from and to customers.
• Ensure both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
• Loading and maintaining our used car online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions online daily for website and social media use.

Qualifications

• Ideally, prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast paced premium environment and working well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with colleagues across the business.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes.
