Job summary

Endeavour Automotive Ltd is recruiting a proactive Sales Executive for Volvo West London. You will drive vehicle sales, manage finance and warranty options, and deliver outstanding customer experiences at a premier London showroom.

The role offers a competitive base salary of £20,000 with an uncapped OTE of £45,000+; successful performers may reach £50,000–£55,000 per year overall. A company car, life assurance and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to understand finance, insurance and warranties.

Sales Executive – Volvo West London

Salary: £20,000 per annum + £45,000+ OTE (Uncapped Commission)

Our commission structure is uncapped, meaning there is no limit to your earning potential. Whilst the expected OTE is £45,000, high-performing Sales Executives may achieve earnings in excess of £50,000 to £55,000 per year.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Volvo West London team.

What You Will Do

Our Sales Executive will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle sales to our customers, including finance, insurance, warranties and any other additional products.

As Endeavour's front-line brand ambassadors, our Sales Executives play a key role in supporting our mission by using their creativity, enthusiasm and drive to create memorable customer experiences whilst delivering consistently excellent customer service.

Who You Are

The Sales Executive we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer-centric, creative and results-driven environment. You will lead by example, maintaining high standards of customer service whilst remaining composed in challenging situations.

You will be logical, methodical and innovative in your approach, using your energy and charisma to build trust with customers and colleagues alike.

For this role, you must have:

• At least 1 year's sales experience within the automotive industry.
• Financial acumen with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
