Job summary

  • Assist with customer facilities like the coffee machine supplies and waiting area.

We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Site Coordinator to join our Hyundai Watford team.

What you will do:

The Site Co-ordinator will support our Sales Team with the preparation of all new and used cars both for display and handover including checking in new and used cars, fuelling cars, ad hoc driving duties.

You will be responsible for managing the preparation of sold and unsold vehicles from arrival to delivery including organising photography of used cars, assisting with the preparation of vehicles for handover, managing loading of cars onto the internet, and maintaining showroom standards.

You will be responsible for the timely preparation of our retail used car stock through our Aftersales departments including arranging valeting in a timely manner.

The position is key in our efforts to deliver unrivalled experience for our customers to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom.

  • At least 2 years’ experience within the automotive industry
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, organised, pro-active, have a good attention to detail, and an excellent understanding of how to be a team player yet using your own initiative to assist and support the Sales team to achieve the perfect customer experience.
