Endeavour Automotive Ltd in West London is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. You will manage customer enquiries, convert them into bookings, and drive service sales with a focus on quality and profitability.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in automotive customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead through example. Salary is £36,000 per annum; permanent, full-time.

We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our team in West London.

What you will do:

Our Service Advisors manage all customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings. The role aims to maximise service sales and profitability through selling core, value-added and incremental products. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional customer service experience and this role is central to delivering that; delivering the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom.

Who you are:

The Senior Service Advisor we are looking for will be a team player but also a leader, who thrives in a customer centric, creative, and a results’ driven environment.

You will be solely responsible for managing the workflow through the Workshop and managing technicians, valeters/collection delivery drivers. You will report to the Aftersales Manager.

You will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations. You will also be logical, methodical, and innovative in their approach whilst using your energy and charisma to maintain a trusting and productive environment.

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Volvo brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to performance. For this role you must have the following: -

• At least 2 years’ experience within the automotive industry
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
