Belcan is recruiting for a Site Coordinator to join a major renewable energy and construction project on a contract basis in Lowestoft. The role is on-site, 40 hours per week, for approximately 9–12 months, supporting site administration and coordination.

Responsibilities include coordinating travel and logistics, maintaining records, preparing meeting minutes, and ensuring health, safety, and environmental procedures are followed. Experience in construction or renewable energy is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Site Coordinator, Project Administrator, Office Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Site Coordinator Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Site Coordinator to join a major renewable energy and construction industry project on a contract basis. This Site Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working in fast-paced site environments, coordinating key administrative activities, and supporting project teams to deliver safe and efficient operations. The Site Coordinator will act as a central point of contact between site teams, contractors, suppliers, visitors, and project stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day site administration and coordination. This Site Coordinator role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects within the renewable energy industry and wider construction industry.

Location: Lowestoft
Working Pattern: On-site, 40 hours per week
Duration: Contract assignment: 9 – 12 Months approx.
