The Position

Role: Site Administrator

Location: Imerys - Furzebrook Road, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5AR

Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 4pm

Salary: £26,780 per annum

About the Role: Supporting the Plant Management Team with administrative tasks at our Secondary Processing site in Furzebrook.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Personnel and Payroll input
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Stock management and procurement of site consumables, including chemicals
  • Inventory administration
  • Organizing training and medical records across the site
  • Covering the weighbridge twice a month, including during sickness and leave
  • Month-end reporting and weekly/monthly reports
  • Maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards on site
