A community care provider in Southend-on-Sea is seeking senior nurses to join their Adult Community Team. This role involves supporting and managing team members, ensuring patient care needs are met, and providing support to families. Ideal candidates will have experience in nursing, particularly in community settings, and strong advocacy skills. A competitive salary package is offered, with both full time and part time positions available.
We have an opportunity for senior nurses to join our Adult Community Team, based out of Fair Havens hospice, located near beautiful Priory Park. This service runs across 7 days, and there is a requirement for some bank holidays, evening, and weekend working. We have full time (3 x 12.5 shifts per week) and part time (2 x 12.5 hour shifts per week) available.
At Havens Hospices, we care for children, young people and adults with complex or incurable conditions. Our specialist Care Teams can support them and their family living throughout illness, death and bereavement in the comfort of their own home and through our hospice services, Fair Havens and Little Havens.
