Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 - London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts to make a significant impact. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful candidate will perform planned preventative maintenance and assist with reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Station System Technician Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults
• Use field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Liaise with Telent Service Centre for task updates and fault resolution

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work nights at Pirin Court Service Centre
