Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4

Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts to impact critical infrastructure. This role involves planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS systems, based at Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town. The position requires working permanent night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist technicians in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
2. Perform planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks.
3. Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults.
4. Utilize field IT equipment for maintenance data.
5. Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and completion.

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who can multitask and are eager to learn. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail safety procedures is advantageous.

Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background.
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness.
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Availability to work nights from Pirin Court Service Centre.
