Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a SIAM Change and Software Asset Configuration Manager to govern end-to-end change management across a multi-supplier environment, while managing software assets and configuration data throughout the service lifecycle. You will ensure changes are planned, assessed, approved and implemented, maintaining data accuracy and service stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management, SACM and Change Management within a multi-supplier SIAM environment.
• ITIL Foundation certification is essential; SIAM knowledge/desirable.
• Experience maintaining CMDBs, configuration data and relationships; data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Govern and coordinate end-to-end Change Management and SACM across a multi-supplier SIAM environment.
• Identify, assess, and manage change risks, dependencies, and service impacts; maintain baselines.
• Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to plan, communicate and govern changes.
• Chair CAB meetings and governance activities; ensure adherence to controls and policies.
• Monitor and report CMDB data quality and change outcomes; escalate issues affecting stability.
• Drive continual improvement of Change Management and SACM processes and tooling.
