Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an SIAM Change Analyst to govern the end‑to‑end Change Management process across a multi‑supplier environment. You will standardise the framework, coordinate change activities, and monitor performance to reduce risk and disruption while improving end‑user experiences.

You will liaise with suppliers, drive data‑driven insights, and produce governance dashboards to support decision‑making. A strong ITSM background, SIAM principles, and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, Service Integration, or Service Management within complex multi‑supplier IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM principles and coordination of change activities across multiple service providers.
• Experience assessing change risk, business impact, dependencies, and service readiness to support effective decision‑making.
• Ability to analyse change performance data, identify trends, and drive continual improvement initiatives.
• Experience facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and engaging with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ITSM practices, particularly Change, Release, Incident, Problem, and Configuration Management.
• Proven ability to challenge and influence suppliers to ensure changes are planned, documented, and implemented in accordance with agreed processes.
• Experience managing major, standard, normal, and emergency changes within a controlled governance framework.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex change impacts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience producing change metrics, compliance reporting, and management information to support service governance.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, SIAM operating models, and enterprise digital platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Change Management process across a multi‑supplier service environment, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and implemented.
• Govern and standardise the Change Management framework across suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to plan, document, communicate, and execute change activities.
• Monitor and report on change performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate change reviews and facilitate supplier discussions to manage risk and drive outcomes.
• Produce meaningful change insights, reporting and dashboards for governance and decision‑making.
• Support service design and transition by embedding change controls across the lifecycle.
• Identify and manage change‑related risks and dependencies across the service landscape.
• Embed Change Management governance within service forums and continual improvement activities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to minimise disruption and enhance end‑user experience.
• Ensure suppliers adhere to agreed processes and challenge non‑compliance when needed.
