Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an SIAM SACM Manager to lead end-to-end Service Asset and Configuration Management across a multi-supplier environment. You will govern CMDB integrity, asset lifecycle and data accuracy to support service delivery and risk management.

In this role you’ll drive cross‑supplier governance, run configuration audits, deliver SACM reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers hybrid working across UK sites, client sites and home working in line with

Qualifications

• Proven SACM, CMDB and ITIL experience in multi-supplier environments.
• Strong SIAM knowledge and governance capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership.
• Ability to drive data quality and compliance across services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SACM process across a multi-supplier service environment.
• Provide strategic oversight of CMDB and asset management practices.
• Lead audits, data quality reviews and compliance activities.
• Produce SACM reporting and management information.
• Drive continual improvement for CMDB accuracy and service resilience.
