Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced SACM Manager to own the end-to-end Service Asset and Configuration Management across a complex multi-supplier environment. You will ensure accurate configuration data, govern CMDB practices, and align asset information with business needs to support service delivery and risk management.

The role requires collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, delivering SACM reporting and driving continual improvement for asset visibility and service resilience.

Qualifications

• Proven SACM/ITSM experience in complex multi-supplier environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM principles and governance requirements.
• Experience in CMDB data quality and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern end-to-end SACM across a multi-supplier environment.
• Provide strategic oversight of CMDB and asset management practices.
• Drive compliance with SACM policies, governance controls and SLAs.
• Produce SACM reporting and management information for leadership.
