Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a SACM Analyst to govern the end-to-end Service Asset and Configuration Management in a multi-supplier environment. You will maintain the CMDB, ensure data quality, and drive improvements to support service delivery and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in SACM, configuration management, service management or service integration in complex multi-supplier IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM concepts, supplier governance and management of asset and configuration data across multiple suppliers and technology platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices (SACM, Change, Incident, Problem, Release, SL management).
• Ability to analyse asset and configuration data, identify risks and drive data quality improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate SACM end-to-end across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring data is maintained to agreed standards.
• Manage and maintain the CMDB, including CI relationships and lifecycle control.
• Collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to ensure SACM processes are followed and data remains accurate.
• Monitor CMDB data quality, compliance, and asset management performance; identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support audits, governance forums, and provide SACM reporting and management information.
