Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking a SACM Analyst to support end-to-end Service Asset and Configuration Management across a multi-supplier environment. You will maintain the CMDB, enforce data quality and governance, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure SACM standards are followed.

The role requires strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive continual improvements in data integrity and service visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in SACM, Configuration Management or ITSM in multi-supplier environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM, asset governance and CMDB data standards.
• Experience maintaining CMDBs, CIs, relationships and data quality processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices including SACM, Change, Incident and Release management.
• Ability to analyse data, identify risks and drive improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end SACM processes across a multi-supplier service environment.
• Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring items and relationships are accurate and documented.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure data quality and governance.
• Monitor CMDB data quality, compliance and asset management performance.
• Support audits, verification activities and governance forums.
• Provide asset and configuration information to support ITSM processes and reporting.
