Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a SIAM Change and Software Asset Configuration Manager to govern the end-to-end Change Management and SACM processes across a multi-supplier SIAM environment. Qualifications

• Proven experience in ITSM, SACM and Change Management within a multi-supplier SIAM environment.
• Strong ITIL knowledge with ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience maintaining CMDBs and CI relationships with governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern and coordinate end-to-end Change Management and SACM across a multi-supplier SIAM environment.
• Identify, assess, and manage CIs, relationships, and service dependencies to support decisions.
• Chair CAB meetings and governance activities to ensure effective change control.
• Monitor data quality and report on change/configuration health and risks to service stability.
• Drive continual improvement of Change Management and SACM processes and CMDB quality.
