Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a SIAM Change and Software Asset Configuration Manager in the United Kingdom. You will govern end-to-end Change Management and Service Asset & Configuration Management across a multi-supplier SIAM environment, ensuring accurate data, managing CMDB for live services, and minimising risk while protecting service stability.

You will collaborate with suppliers, client stakeholders, and internal teams, chair CAB meetings, drive improvements, and ensure governance and compliance

Qualifications

• Supported ITSM, SACM and Change Management in a multi-supplier SIAM setup.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and governance with data quality focus.
• Experience managing CMDB data, relationships and service assets.

Responsibilities

• Govern end-to-end Change Management and SACM across multi-supplier SIAM.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and service impacts; ensure data accuracy.
• Plan, communicate, govern, and deliver changes with required approvals.
• Chair CAB meetings, configuration reviews, and governance activities.
• Monitor progress and data health; drive continual improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure compliance.
