Job summary

Capgemini is hiring a SIAM Change and Software Asset Configuration Manager to govern end-to-end Change Management and SACM across a multi-supplier SIAM environment. You’ll ensure accurate configuration data, optimise software asset utilisation, and protect service stability while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

The role requires ITIL expertise, SACM and change enablement, plus strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Service Management, Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Govern and coordinate end-to-end Change Management and SACM across a multi-supplier SIAM environment.
• Identify, assess and manage change risks, dependencies and service impacts to support operational stability.
• Collaborate with suppliers, client stakeholders and internal teams to plan, govern and deliver changes with data quality and governance.
• Chair and facilitate CAB meetings, configuration reviews, audits and governance activities.
