Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Incident Management or Major Incident Management teams within complex IT service environments.
• Strong knowledge of SIAM principles, supplier governance, and multi-provider incident processes.
• Experience coordinating Major Incidents, managing escalations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SIAM Incident Management team with operational direction and coaching.
• Oversee end-to-end Incident Management, ensuring prioritisation and timely resolution within SLAs.
• Direct Major Incident management with cross-functional and supplier coordination to restore services.
• Monitor performance, trends, and risks; drive continual service improvement through MI and governance.
