Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking a SIAM Change Analyst to govern and improve the Change Management process across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring changes are assessed, approved and implemented with minimal risk.

You will collaborate with suppliers, monitor change performance, and produce insights and dashboards to support governance and decision-making. The role offers hybrid working and a strong focus on continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management in multi-supplier IT environments
• Strong understanding of SIAM principles and coordination across multiple service providers
• Experience assessing change risk, business impact, dependencies, and service readiness
• Ability to analyse change performance data, identify trends, and drive continual improvement
• Experience facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and engaging with stakeholders
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, SIAM operating models, and enterprise platforms (e.g. Microsoft ecosystem) is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Change Management across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring changes are assessed, approved and implemented
• Govern and standardise the Change Management framework across suppliers
• Coordinate change activities with suppliers to ensure proper planning, documentation and communication
• Monitor and report on change performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate CABs and supplier discussions to manage risk and achieve outcomes
• Produce meaningful change insights, reporting and dashboards for governance and decision-making
• Embed Change Management controls throughout the service lifecycle
• Identify and manage change-related risks and dependencies across the service landscape
• Collaborate with Service Integration, Incident, Problem, Release and operations teams to minimise disruption
