Job summary

Haven in Alloway is seeking a Security Team Member to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests, owners and team members.

As an SIA Door Supervisor licensed officer, you will monitor and patrol the holiday park, manage access, respond to incidents and provide friendly, proactive guest service at all times.

You will join a 24-hour security operation with flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays, contributing to a positive guest experience nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous security experience, hospitality or leisure preferred.
• Strong communication skills; remain calm under pressure.
• High attention to detail and observational skills.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners and team.
• Assist with park access control for authorised individuals and guests or owners.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest assistance and information on queries.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to always ensure safety and security to our guests,ownersand team.
• Assistin the management of park access, ensuring only authorised individuals and guests or owners arepermittedon site.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any security-related incidents, such as medical emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
• Maintaindetailed andaccuraterecords of incidents, reporting to management asrequired.
• Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences,assistingwith information on guest queries.
• Collaborate with other team members and park functions to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid SIADoor Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previousexperience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry, is an advantage.
• Strong communicationskills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
