Job summary

Haven is seeking an energetic SIA Door Supervisor to join our security team at the holiday park. You will patrol the site, manage access and respond to incidents to keep guests, owners and staff safe.

This role offers comprehensive training, shift flexibility including nights and weekends, and benefits such as exclusive team perks and staff discounts. You will maintain incident records and work with park teams to create a secure, welcoming environment for everyone staying with Haven.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety for guests, owners, and team.
• Assist with park access control to permit only authorized individuals on site.

• Provide friendly guest service and information when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• - Monitor and patrol the holiday park to always ensure safety and security to our guests,ownersand team.
• - Assistin the management of park access, ensuring only authorised individuals and guests or owners arepermittedon site.
• - Respond promptly and professionally to any security-related incidents, such as medical emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
• - Maintaindetailed andaccuraterecords of incidents, reporting to management asrequired.
• - Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences,assistingwith information on guest queries.
• - Collaborate with other team members and park functions to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Requirements

• - Must hold a valid SIADoor Supervisor (DS) license.
• - Previousexperience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry, is an advantage.
• - Strong communicationskills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• - High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• - Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
• - Commitment to delivering excellent service in line with Haven’s values.
