Job summary

Haven is seeking a proactive Night Security Team Member to join our 24-hour security operation on the holiday park. You will monitor and patrol to keep guests, owners and team safe, respond to incidents, and maintain accurate incident records.

This role rewards with comprehensive training, ongoing support and opportunities for career development. You'll need a valid SIA Door Supervisor license and prior security experience, ideally in hospitality or leisure.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Experience in security, preferably hospitality or leisure.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaindetailed andaccuraterecords of incidents, reporting to management asrequired.
• Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences,assistingwith information on guest queries.
• Collaborate with other team members and park functions to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid SIADoor Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previousexperience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry, is an advantage.
• Strong communicationskills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service in line with Haven’s values.
