Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member to patrol and safeguard our holiday park, ensuring a safe environment for guests, owners and staff. You will support access control and respond to incidents with professionalism, while delivering excellent guest experiences.

The role requires a valid SIA DS license, hospitality security experience is a plus, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous security experience in hospitality or leisure is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, calm and professional.
• High attention to detail and observant.
• Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety for guests, owners and team.

As part of our 24-hour security operation, you’ll be at the heart of creating a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests and team members.
