Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member to join our 24-hour security operation at the holiday park. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming environment for guests, owners and colleagues while patrolling the grounds.

As an SIA-DS licensed officer, you’ll manage park access, respond to incidents and guest concerns, and maintain detailed incident records. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are required. Haven offers comprehensive training, career development, and generous team perks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence.
• Experience in security within hospitality or leisure is advantageous.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety for guests, owners, and staff.
• Manage park access, ensuring only authorised individuals are on site.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, or guest concerns promptly.
• Record incidents accurately and report to management as required.

As part of our 24-hour security operation, you’ll be at the heart of creating a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests and team members.
