Job summary

Haven in Pwllheli is seeking a Security Team Member to help keep guests, owners and colleagues safe. This role is part of our 24-hour security operation and requires an SIA DS license and strong guest service.

You’ll patrol the park, manage access, respond to incidents, and collaborate with other teams to create a welcoming, secure environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends and bank holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA DS license.
• Experience in security is advantageous, especially in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and observational abilities.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the park to ensure safety for guests, owners and staff.
• Assist in park access control, permitting entry to authorised individuals.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms or guest concerns.
• Maintain accurate incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest experiences and help with queries.
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment.

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licensed Security Team Member to join our fun and welcoming facilities team at Haven! As part of our 24-hour security operation, you’ll be at the heart of creating a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests and team members. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to always ensure safety and security to our guests, owners and team.
• Assist in the management of park access, ensuring only authorised individuals and guests or owners are permitted on site.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any security-related incidents, such as medical emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, reporting to management as required.
• Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences, assisting with information on guest queries.
• Collaborate with other team members and park functions to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid SIADoor Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous experience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry, is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
