Job summary

Sue Ryder Care in Norwich is seeking a Shop Supervisor for our Bridewell Alley shop. This permanent, on-site role is part-time, 15 hours per week across 2-3 days with weekend rosta, starting 8:45am and finishing around 5:15pm.

You will support the manager, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service at all times. The successful candidate will build community links, recruit and train volunteers, maintain stock and merchandising standards, and promote the Sue Ryder brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, income and performance against targets.

• Manage stock and EPOS processes to keep the shop fresh and well presented.
