Sue Ryder Care in Aviemore is seeking a Shop Assistant to help drive sales and income for our vital palliative care services. You’ll support your manager and team, deliver excellent customer service to shoppers and donors, and contribute to a positive, community-focused shop atmosphere.
This part-time, on-site role offers a great work-life balance, 27 days holiday pro rata, staff discounts and a structured induction.
Every sale in our 400+ shops helps fund specialist palliative and end-of-life care. For over 70 years, we’ve supported people when it matters most — and we’re looking for a Shop Assistant to help us continue that work.
You’ll support your manager and team, inspire your community and help drive income for our vital services, while championing creative ways to reduce, reuse and recycle.
We value our people and offer a great work-life balance: 1 in 2 weekends, shifts from 8.45am, most shops finishing by 5.15pm, and Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day off.
Bring your customer service skills to a role with real purpose.
We’re looking for ambitious people who are motivated by making a real difference. If you’re keen to learn, grow and develop while helping us ensure everyone gets the support they deserve, you’ll fit right in.
We are located on the main road of Aviemore, with convenient street parking for dropping off donations and a large car park at the rear.
