A leading sustainable packaging company in Hinckley is seeking a Shift Team Leader to manage operations, improve processes, and develop team performance. This role requires proven leadership in a manufacturing environment and offers a competitive salary along with various benefits. Hours : 40hrs weekly rotating shift Monday - Friday
Week 1 : 06 : 00-14 : 00
Week 2 : 14 : 00-22 : 00

As our site continues to grow and modernise we are now seeking a Shift Team Leader to take on a key leadership role within our operations. We’re looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and who can bring the right balance of leadership, organisation and problem-solving. The role goes beyond managing day-to-day activity – you’ll be responsible for creating a culture where your team can perform at their very best, working closely with colleagues across departments to improve processes, reduce costs and deliver on our customer commitments. You will focus on the performance management of key personnel to ensure that productivity improvement plans are met, also ensuring departmental targets are achieved and actively pursuing improvements in the workplace through cooperation with the Shift Manager, Production Manager, Quality Coordinator and other colleagues.
