• Strong communication and coordination abilities with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for worker queries and issues.
• Coaching and mentoring the workforce on duties and conduct.
• Drive engagement on the shop floor and manage attendance/performance.
• Identify retraining needs and support implementation.
• Ensure health & safety standards are followed at all times.
• Conduct return-to-work interviews and investigate incidents.
• Attend and deliver daily shift briefs and manage leave/absences.
