- Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader or stepped-up operative seeking progression.
- Strong people management and leadership in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Solid technical awareness of manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to deliver production targets and KPIs.
- Experience leading audits and CI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a production team on shift.
- Manage shift resources to deliver production plans.
- Deliver on KPIs and ensure targets are met.
- Oversee production line operations and support changeovers and asset care.
- Conduct training, performance reviews and development plans.
- Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement.
